Please provide the following when submitting a request for a new property website file upload:

  • Finalised and approved development files

  • QR Code URL Confirmation — if a QR code needs to be created for the new website brochure, please check with us on the final URL first before generating the QR code

  • CDL Homes Upcoming Launches page content for both English and Chinese

  • Catfish banners for desktop and mobile on CDL Homes, for both English and Chinese

  • GTM tags, if available

  • Launch date, embargo date, and any special deployment instructions

Included in the Scope

Unless otherwise stated, the following are included in the scope. If you’re unsure whether an item is covered, please check with your Blackbird PIC.

  • Up to two rounds of website file uploads for the staging website

  • Up to two rounds of website file uploads for the live website

  • GTM and GA4 configuration and deployment

  • Implementation of advertising tracking tags via GTM for:
    • Website

    • Enquiry form — English and Chinese

    • Thank You page — English and Chinese

How to Submit a New Property Website File Upload Request

  1. Create a new ticket in osTicket.

  2. Select Submit Request for Residential Properties as the Help Topic.

  3. Select Property Website Maintenance / Property Website Maintenance (JV) as the Department.

  4. Assign the ticket to Blackbird Media.

  5. Provide the property name and target launch date.

  6. Attach or provide links to the finalised and approved development files and assets.

  7. Include the required CDL Homes updates for both English and Chinese.

  8. Provide the desktop and mobile catfish banners for both pre-launch and post-launch.

  9. Include the GTM tags if they are available.

  10. Highlight any embargo, launch timing, or special deployment requirements.

  11. Review the materials to ensure everything is final and complete before submitting the ticket.

What files should be provided?

Please provide the finalised and approved development files and other assets required for the website.

How many rounds of content upload are included?

The scope includes up to two rounds of uploads for staging and two rounds of uploads for the live website.

To keep the process smooth, please provide finalised content where possible.

Are CDL Homes updates included as part of the request?

Yes. The request should include the relevant CDL Homes content updates for both English and Chinese, including the Upcoming Launches page.

What catfish banners are required?

Please provide desktop and mobile versions for both English and Chinese.

Where applicable, please provide separate assets for:

  • Pre-launch

  • Post-launch

What if the banners are not ready yet?

Please highlight this in the ticket and indicate when they are expected to be available.

Are GTM tags required?

Please provide the GTM tags if they are available at the time of submission. If they are still pending, this can be highlighted in the ticket and added later.

What if there is an embargo or a specific launch time?

Please clearly state the embargo date, launch date, and any specific deployment timing in the ticket so the website updates can be scheduled accordingly.

What happens if the content changes after the included upload rounds?

Additional upload rounds or major changes beyond the agreed scope may require additional effort. Blackbird Media will confirm this before proceeding.

What happens if some of the required materials are missing?

The team may proceed with the items that are ready where possible, but missing content or assets may affect the staging or launch timeline. We may follow up for the outstanding materials before completing the update.
