Frequently Asked Question
What files can I attach?
Last Updated 24 days ago
Use the Attachment Upload field when creating or replying to a ticket to add any supporting files.
What can I attach?
Common examples include:
- Screenshots of errors or website issues
- Images, logos, or creative assets
- Brochures, floor plans, or PDFs
- Spreadsheets or documents with approved content
What should I keep in mind?
- Use clear file names, for example:
newport-hero-final.jpg - Attach final approved assets where possible
- For bugs, include both a screenshot and the relevant page URL
- If a file is too large to upload, upload it to a cloud storage service such as Dropbox or Google Drive and share the link in the ticket.
Are there any upload limits?
Please follow the file size and format limits shown on the upload field.
If a file cannot be uploaded, try a smaller file or a different format, or share it through the agreed alternative channel.
Attachments should support the request, but the ticket should still include a clear Issue Summary and Description.
