What do Departments mean?

Department groups the ticket under the type of maintenance or commercial arrangement. Use the option that matches how the work is covered.

| Maintenance | Maintenance retainer (BSM) |
| Property Website Maintenance | Prepaid statement of work (SOW) |
| Property Website Maintenance (JV) | Separate quote (joint venture / quoted separately) |
How to choose
- If the work falls under the ongoing retainer, choose Maintenance
- If the work is covered by a prepaid SOW for property websites, choose Property Website Maintenance
- If the work needs a separate quote (including JV arrangements), choose Property Website Maintenance (JV)
If you are unsure, pick the closest option and explain the context in Issue Description, or ask your CDL / Blackbird PIC before submitting.
Agents may also set or correct Department when opening or editing a ticket on your behalf.
