Frequently Asked Question
What do 'Issue Summary' and 'Description' mean?
Last Updated 24 days ago
Issue Summary
The Issue Summary is a short title for the ticket, similar to an email subject line.
Good examples:
- “Update hero image on Newport Residences page”
- “Add brochure PDF to Union Square Residences”
Try to avoid vague summaries such as “Website” or “Help”, as the summary helps the support team quickly understand the request.
Issue Description / Details
The Issue Description / Details is where you provide the full explanation of the request or issue.
Where relevant, include:
- What needs to be done or what is not working
- Page URL(s) or property name
- Current content or behaviour and the desired update
- Required completion date or go-live date
- Steps to reproduce the issue, for bugs
- Device or browser details, if relevant
Clear details help reduce follow-up questions and allow the team to start on the request more quickly.
